Membership in our club is obtained by contacting a current member in good standing who has an application available. The Cumberland Outdoor Club membership remains highly sought-after, and these applications can sometimes be hard to come by. However, we welcome everyone to our establishment in Cumberland.
We offer two levels of membership with their own levels of benefits.
Regular Member
In order to become a regular member, a prospect MUST:
Must be sponsored by two Regular Members
Must pay annual dues upfront
Must be voted upon by a regular members meeting.
Must be attend two (2) regular meetings
Must perform 8 hours of volunteer work for the Club within the first year
Must have pre-membership paper signed off for the two meetings and vol. work and turned back in.
Regular Membership Benefits:
Able to attend all Regular Club meetings
Allowed to enter Club property at any time to socialize during open hours
Can particpate in any Club leagues or events
Is able to utilize Club Outdoor property located on Highway 51 (Oldtown, MD) any time
Social Member
In order to become a social member, a prospect MUST:
Pick up application from bartender
Must pay the annual Social member's dues of $25 upfront
Social Membership Benefits:
Allowed to enter Club property at any time to socialize during open hours
Can attend ODC picnics
Attend the annual Sportsman's Banquet
Attend the annual Egg Nog Party
Free entry to bands/concerts held downstairs
